COLDWATER VETERAN'S BANNER PROJECT

UPDATE

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO SUPPORTED THIS ENDEAVOUR TO HONOUR OUR LOCAL VETERANS. WE NO LONGER TAKE ORDERS FOR THIS YEAR. WE WILL START PUTTING THE BANNERS UP IN THE STORE FRONTS ON OCTOBER 29TH. WE HOPE YOU WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO VISIT DOWNTOWN COLDWATER AND ADMIRE OUR FALLEN HEROES. WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.

The Coldwater Legion is embarking on an inaugural project to honour our local veterans by placing banners in participating store windows in town. The banner will be 20” wide X 36” long. We will require a photo scanned at 300 dpi (we can scan it for you), the name of your veteran and who is honouring the veteran. See the attached sample.

The banners will be managed and stored by the Legion for continuity sake. We will look forward to the cooperation of the store owners in the years to come. We expect the project to evolve over time, but are anxious to get started on this for 2021.

The cost will be $100.00 with net proceeds going to The Poppy Fund, which supports veterans in need. E-Transfers to the above email, or cash are the preferred method of payment.
